In the awareness of the importance of the personal data protection, the HEAD HUNT company undertakes the highest efforts to ensure the safety and proper processing of all the personal data used during the recruitment process.

Therefore, the HEAD HUNT company asks you to become acquainted with information’s regarding: information duties under GDPR (“INFORMATIONS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA”), as well as to provide the HEAD HUNT company with the consent to process your personal data during recruitment process (optionally: future recruitment processes).

Remember, that at any time, you have a right to revoke your consent. The consent may be revoked by sending an email on  joanna.madejska@headhunt.com.pl address with following adnotation: “Please remove my personal data connected with recruitment process … (number of recruitment process/consent for processing personal data for future recruitment processes) conducted by the HEAD HUNT company”.

What personal data? What for?

The personal data which are required for conducting the recruitment process, organised by the HEAD HUNT Company.

Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The administrator of your personal data is HEAD HUNT company, with registered address at ul. Syta 124A/26, 02-987 Warszawa. The HEAD HUNT company have appointed Data Protection Supervisor, contact email: dataprivacyofficer@headhunt.com.pl

The categories of data processors for the purpose of recruitment process

The company management decides about the employment. If required, the companies cooperating with HEAT HUNT company during the recruitment process, to the extent necessary to perform psychological tests (Korn Ferry/Hay Group and/or Thomas International). The receivers of personal data are only the entities necessary for conducting and completing recruitment process.

Storage time of your personal data

If the consent is given for the recruitment process – until the recruitment process ends. If the consent is given for future recruitment processes – until such consent is revoked.

Co-Administrators

By giving your consent for future recruitment processes, the access to your personal data will be granted to Co-Administrators conducting the recruitment process for the clients of HEAD HUNT company.

Transfer of the personal data to the countries outside of “EEA” (Polish “EOG”)

Your personal data will be transferred to the third countries (countries outside of “EEA”; Polish “EOG”). It is possible to receive a copy of the personal data transferred to the third countries.

What are your rights regarding your personal data?

You have a right to demand an access to your personal data, to amend, to remove or to limit their processing. You can also revoke your consent for processing of personal data or make an objection. You have also a right to make a complain to the proper institution (i.e. The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection)

What are the legal grounds for processing of personal data?

Art. 6 par. 1 letter c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC („GDPR”) and art. 22 (1) of Polish Labour Code.

CONSENT FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – CURRENT RECRUITMENT PROCESS

„I hereby give my permission for the processing of my personal data during the recruitment process for position __________________, announced _________________ and conducted by the “HEAD HUNT company”. At the same time I declare that I have been informed about my right to access my personal data and to amend them, to revoke my permission for the processing of personal data at any time, as well as that the provision of personal data was voluntarily.”

CONSENT FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – FUTURE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES, AS WELL AS ENTRY IN THE DATA BASE

„I hereby give my permission for the processing of my personal data during future recruitment processes by “HEAD HUNT” Company as well as other Co-Administrators with registered address on the territory of “EEA” (Polish “EOG”) as well as outside of it. At the same time I declare that I have been informed about my right to access my personal data and to amend them, to revoke my permission for the processing of personal data at any time, as well as that the provision of personal data was voluntarily.”
